Tri-color blooms are the big feature with this drought and deer-tolerant native. Petals have varying shades of dark to light orange, tipped with yellow. The center is brown, which gives away the common name for this plant: Brown-eyed Susan. From mid-summer until frost, Prairie Glow will treat you to bountiful blooms, which pollinators will appreciate. At the end of the season, the seeds it makes can be eaten by birds.
