Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and is with the carrier of our choosing (typically USPS Priority on most orders). There is no minimum order amount. It can take up to 3 business days to ship an item during busier times of the year, although it can take just one day during slower times. I can ship any time of the year, but please remember that frost tender plants will suffer if they sit in a 15 degree mailbox, so if you order a begonia in January and you live in Minnesota, please make sure you get your package promptly once it has arrived. If I don't feel that I can immediately ship to your area because of cold weather, I will contact you. I can guarantee all the plants I ship are healthy when they leave, but if they are damaged in-transit, please contact me within 7 days, and I can refund you, or send another plant.
