Olive 'Nocerella' - Olea europaea

'Nocerella' olives are traditionally harvested green, and produce a high oil content fruit that can be pressed to make olive oil, or cured to be eaten whole (minus the seed of course). Cold hardy in zones 8 and up, this variety makes a nice companion plant to an 'Arbequina' olive, as 'Nocerella' olive trees need a different variety to pollinate them.
