Maltese Cross - Silene chalcedonica

With a bright red globe of small flowers, Maltese Cross is a perfect plant for hummingbirds. In cultivation for hundreds of years, this herbaceous perennial is relatively trouble free, and can bloom over a long period during spring and summer.
