Lysimachia 'Beaujolais' - Burgundy Loosestrife

Burgundy Loosestrife (Lysimachia atropurpurea) is a herbaceous perennial with grey-green leaves and an eye-catching wine-red flower spike. Attractive to pollinators and butterflies, this plant does well in moderately sunny spots where the soil remains moist during the summer, but can tolerate some dryness once well established. It is deer-resistant, and does not spread invasively, so it's an ideal candidate for an isolated flower bed.
