Hydrangea 'Glowing Embers' - Hydrangea macrophylla

Hydrangea macrophylla 'Glowing Embers' is a classic version of a mophead hydrangea. At mid-summer, it will bloom round clusters of small blue to pink flowers, with the actual flower color depending on your soil ph. For me, the plants blooms pink when inside a pot, but dark blue when planted in the soil.  I've also noticed this variety is a little more resistant to leaf spot than the older heirloom variety. This hydrangea prefers partial shade, and moderate amounts of water.
