Heliopsis 'Summer Sun' - Heliopsis helianthoides

Heliopsis makes a mounded splash of color and attracts butterflies and other pollinators. This variety 'Summer Sun' has a bright yellow sunflower-like bloom that rises several feet high, so place this plant in the middle or the back of the flower bed. Cold hardy in zones 4-9, this plant is also tough enough to deal with hot temperatures, and occasional dry weather.
