Heliopsis 'Summer Sun' - Heliopsis helianthoides

Heliopsis makes a mounded splash of color, and attracts butterflies and other pollinators. The variety 'Summer Sun' has a bright yellow sunflower-like bloom that rises several feet high, so place this plant in the middle or the back of the flower bed. Hardy in heat or cold, this heliopsis is tough enough to deal with summer's dry weather, and winter's freezing temperatures.
