Fig 'Alma' - Ficus carica

This fig was developed to withstand harsh summer heat and humidity, but still remain productive. It is adaptable to varying soil types, but will do best with moist but not waterlogged soil. It will fruit best in full sun, and produces a medium-sized yellowish-brown fig. The fruit has a small eye.
