Curry Plant - Helichrysum italicum

Curry plant (Helichrysum italicum) is a drought and deer-tolerant shrub with a distinctively strong smell. Although it is not the same plant from which culinary curry is derived, the oil of this plant is used medicinally and is being further investigated to determine its full potential. In the garden, curry plant likes a Mediterranean climate: hot weather, and fast-draining soil.
