Chilean Jessamine plant - Cestrum parqui

Chilean jessamine (Cestrum parqui) is a fast-growing woody shrub that blooms in beautiful clusters of bright yellow flowers for possibly months at a time, starting in summer. It's narrow semi-evergreen, fragrant leaves have a smell making them unpleasant to deer and rabbits, and is considered toxic to cattle. It is cold-hardy to zones 7 and above, but can be containerized in northern locations.
