Native to the southeastern U.S., American beautyberry is a hardy perennial that really shows off with its bright purple berries in late summer and early autumn. This bushy plant enjoys partial sun and moderately moist soil and will thrive in the same growing conditions as hydrangea. Native pollinators enjoy the relatively inconspicuous flowers, but the bright purple clusters of fruit that emerge are hard to miss. If ordering during the winter, plants will be dormant and leaf-less.

Can't wait until spring to see it grow!
The (nice sized) plants were shipped quickly and very well packaged, arriving moist with no spilled soil and all its leaves. Thank you!
