Ashwagandha is an herb that is popular for it's supposed health benefits. The roots, leaves and extracts of the plant are used to treat a wide variety of ailments, with the origin of this practice in traditional Indian medicine. The plant itself prefers hot dry weather, and grows vigorously once established.
